I am truly sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience you had during your stay. I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating it must have been to encounter those conditions. Cleanliness and comfort are always our top priorities, and it’s clear that the property did not meet those standards for you.
After looking into this further, it seems that a lot of the problems, such as the filthy bins (these are collected every Thursday), which means there may be dirt in the bins depending on which day the property is occupied. The smell is caused by the sewerage system, which does filter through the sink holes from time to time. Unfortunately, these are circumstances beyond our control.
