Hout Bay Gem Family Duplex is a self-catering apartment located in the Summerville Complex, in the beautiful village of Hout Bay, only 20 km from Cape Town.
The large 160 square meters two-storey apartment is centrally situated and can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The ground floor hosts a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower as well as an additional separate guest toilet. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with TV and comfortable leather couches, a 6-seater table in the dining area with a sea view.
Upstairs via a spiral staircase is the main bedroom comprising a queen-size bed with stunning bay and harbour views, the second bedroom features 2 single beds and both rooms share a large bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.
Guests have access to the use of beach chairs and umbrellas to take along to the beach. Fast Fibre with unlimited Wi-Fi is available.
The apartment is within a short distance of 2 shopping areas, numerous restaurants, the MyCiTi bus stop, and the Hout Bay beach. The picturesque harbour is about 1 km away. There is secure off-street parking available.
