Hout Huisie is a comfortably furnished self-catering house in Marloth Park and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The wooden house comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms that are furnished with double beds, and share the use of a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Two single beds are also available in the living area. Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a mini 2-plate stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and guests can relax in the lounge area.
The living area opens onto a lovely deck with a built-in braai, as well as a splash pool, that overlooks the surrounds. Hout Huisie is a non-smoking establishment.
Monkeys and various antelope visit the Hout Huisie, and visitors will have the opportunity to see a wide variety of free-roaming wildlife, do some bird watching, go cycling, walking, and quad-biking. The town also offers a water park, and putt-putt as well as basic facilities such as a liquor store, a restaurant, a bakery, a curio shop, and a petrol station.
