Comfortable accommodation with true East London hospitality. Our family of 4 had a lovely few nights at Hoylake Inn. We stayed in the two bedroom unit with our children. Everything was neat and clean. The owners, Laura and Kim, made us feel very welcome and provided delicious breakfast every morning. The common visiting area is peaceful with a nice view of the sea. Our stay at Hoylake Inn was very nice. The room was spacious, neat and clean. We were warmly received and the owner helped us with sightseeing.

Horrible! The place was below par; it was too expensive for what you actually got; the stench coming from the toilets in both rooms 6 and the room downstairs that we had for 3 nights was terrible. The windows were dirty and we had to ask for a toaster, yet it is self-catering, with mini fridges, generally it was a disappointing experience.
