Perfect for large groups. Affordable, clean. Very pleasant interaction with Mary. Very professional service from Tharia. WiFi will be a welcome addition. The sewer at the end of the property leading to the beach was blocked and the stench and sight were most unpleasant; however, this was not a fault of the property.

Location very nice, but new appliances and furniture upgrades are needed. The house is nice and big and accommodated our large group well. The location of the house is fantastic. Unfortunately the house's furniture and equipment are very old and no longer work as they should. The fridge in the storage area takes two days to make something cold. The box freezer does not freeze completely and is badly rusted. The fridge in the kitchen drawers fall out when you open the freezer door. Incredible view. Close to the Ramsgate beach and walking path. Neat place. The most beautiful view of the sea. Very nice to see the whales. Easy walk to the swimming beach at Ramsgate.
