Description
Hyggehus is a delightful self-catering house located in Voëlklip, conveniently close to Kamma Baai and Voëlklip Beaches. It serves as a sanctuary for guests, providing a serene environment to relax and enjoy quality time together. Guests can appreciate the harmonious blend of art, light, and nature throughout the home, enhancing their overall experience.
The spacious self-catering villa can accommodate 10 guests and has views of both the mountains and the ocean. All 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor level. The large, main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a king-size floating bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the north side of the house and are each furnished with king-size floating beds with en-suite showers. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located across the hallway from the main room and have queen-size floating beds. These 2 rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower and are ideal for families with younger kids. Linen and towels are provided.
On the upper floor, guests have access to the beautifully decorated open plan kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as the outdoor braai and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, a toaster, and coffee machine and features a dishwasher for guests' convenience. The large, in-, and outdoor 10-seater dining tables provide stunning sunset dinner moments to end off the perfect day. The lounge has a smart TV with a full DStv package, and Netflix functionality where guests can log into their own accounts, and features a gas-fired fireplace. Downstairs there is a cozy TV lounge as well, ideal for child entertainment.
In addition, the house features an inverter to supply power to the TVs, DStv, complimentary Wi-Fi, and lights during loadshedding. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the outside laundry. The house offers secure parking for 2 cars and additional free off-street parking and is secured with all-around walls and an alarm system.
The location offers access to beaches, a number of restaurants, art galleries, and coffee shops and is also within proximity to the lagoon and scenic walking and mountain biking trails on the mountain.
