Riverfront Golf Estate House is a stylishly furnished holiday villa located in the secure Parys Golf Estate, in Parys, making it ideal for guests who are looking for a tranquil atmosphere to unwind and take in the beautiful views of the Vaal River.
This villa can sleep up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have a queen-size bed and feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated upstairs.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery is equipped with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, and washing machine. The dining room also allows guests to enjoy their meals with a view over the swimming pool.
The living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV installed with Netflix. This villa utilises solar power to remain unaffected by load shedding. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The glass stack doors open to the patio which has a dining table with chairs and braai facilities. Guests can cool down in the swimming pool or relax in the spacious garden that boasts lovely views of the river. Guests are also afforded secure parking on the premises.
