I am pleased to hear that your overall stay exceeded expectations. I do apologise for the facilities of the building not being up and running; we were not informed about this, and we have asked the building/hotel side to always keep us updated on these issues. I would like to let you know the laundry service that was mentioned was actually our company's services; we can personally collect your laundry, wash, dry, and iron, and then return it to you. There is additional information about these services on our StayApp as well, apologies for that misunderstanding and clarification. With regards to the safe, it needs to be replaced; we have mentioned this to the owner, and we are just waiting on the go-ahead so we can get that sorted.
