Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No smoking indoors.
Doors and windows must be closed when guests leave the house to keep baboons out. Guests will be liable for any damage caused by baboons.
An early check-in time can sometimes be arranged for an additional fee of R450.
A late departure fee of R750 is deducted from the deposit to cover additional cleaning services to prepare the unit for the next guests.
The capacity are for 7 persons, no additional capacity can be created and additional fees will be charged if capacity is exceeded.
