We apologise most sincerely, just as I did on the day, for the bathroom having been used when you came in. Other guests, who had already checked out but were still on the property, had returned to use it. The rooms were ready for you. We take great pride in ensuring our accommodation is as comfortable as possible for our guests. Unfortunately, the situation with the toilet was an anomaly, but I believe everything else was in order for you and all areas were clean. Please note that our descriptions and pictures clearly indicate a shared main kitchen, lounge, and dining room. The word 'communal' is used in the description of the main lounge, dining room, and kitchen. However, each unit is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc. So, the use of the main communal areas isn't a necessity. You used the term 'apparently' to describe the communal areas in your review. If you plan on expressing complaints publicly, kindly verify the details first. After the family that used the lounge, dining room, and your toilet left, we ensured all areas were pristine before you returned from the rugby. Our cleaning staff thoroughly cleaned the toilet with disinfectants and a toilet spray was put in place. We have a practice of placing a chocolate on each pillow and milk in the fridge. We prepared the extra double bed for your son using our high-quality linen. We've generally received positive feedback on our WiFi, so we wish you had informed us if you encountered issues with it. The family who used the facilities (a lovely orthodox Jewish people who due to religious reasons had delayed their checkout) stayed in the same rooms as you did. They left us a five-star review, which can be viewed on our Airbnb site. We are incredibly grateful for their feedback as we strive to keep our guests satisfied. We've been operating for many years and have achieved 'superhost' status on Airbnb. We're truly sorry that you weren't pleased with your stay. It was a busy weekend for us and, apart from your experience, all our guests were satisfied with our services. Future potential guests, we kindly ask you to look beyond this review.
