Amazing space. The tented camp is a beautiful space - Jasper was friendly and helpful and kept the place really clean despite the sand and mud. The food at the lodge was also really good and good value for money.

Terrible customer service. Worst customer service ever. Not once did the lodge contact us before or during our stay to ensure that we're okay. I made the booking and I didn't receive any confirmation from the lodge, I ended up calling them to ensure that the booking was secured. When we got to the lodge we got lost a bit and we called in- nobody called us back to ensure that we were okay. We didn't have electricity on Friday night, which also affected the water supply.
