Ithaca 14 is a lovely self-catering apartment located in the secure Ithaca complex, close to Manaba Beach and near various shops, restaurants, and amenities.
This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV. Guests need to bring their own standard DStv decoder, card, and power supply as there is only an Openview decoder in the unit if they wish to have DStv channels. There is a private braai on the balcony of the unit. There is a communal pool, table tennis, trampoline, and jungle gym. This unit is within walking distance of Manaba Beach.
The living area and first bedroom open onto a patio with a built-in braai. The Ithaca complex offers a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, and a jungle gym for kids. Secure on-site carport parking is provided.
