The living area opens to a large private balcony, which boasts an outdoor dining table with seating and a built-in braai area for guests to use. An undercover parking bay is assigned to this for 1 vehicle in the complex.
In addition, the complex has a communal swimming pool and kiddies play area which guests have access to. The property is within close proximity to Margate North Beach, restaurants, shops, the tidal pool, and a drive from other attractions in the area.
