Each stand is large and has its own private ablution facilities and a sink for shared dishes. All pitches are equipped with a 15A power point and braai area. The lapa and pool facilities as well as Boma are shared with other campers. The surrounding area is home to more than 100 identified bird species and on the farm there is plenty of wildlife to view.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following rules and regulations. It is important that all rules are followed at all times.
Pets: A small pet is allowed if arrangements are made in advance. The pet must be leashed at all times due to the presence of game in the area. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should have their own pet bed.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Please use the ashtrays provided outside and ensure that cigarette butts are not discarded into the veld.
Admission and Conduct: The right of admission is reserved. Access to facilities is contingent upon adherence to the rules. Guests who disobey the rules, behave inappropriately, or ignore notices will be asked to leave.
Liability: Use of facilities is at the guest's own risk. Guests indemnify the owner and staff against any damage, loss, or injury of any nature.
Damage: The owner reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they deliberately damage property, trees, or plants.
Pools: The splash pool and swimming pool are not fenced. Guests use these facilities at their own risk. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Pool Rules: No alcohol, glass, or food is allowed in the pools. Vehicles are not permitted on the grass surrounding the swimming pool.
Prohibited Items: Motorbikes, quad bikes, electric scooters, drones, and fireworks are not allowed.
Noise: No noise or music is allowed after 22:00. Music and voices should only be audible within the unit and should not disturb other guests.
Speed Limit: Please drive carefully and adhere to the 20 km per hour speed limit. Private vehicles are not allowed near the main house.
Fires: Fires are only permitted in the designated braai area.
Day Visitors: Only day visitors with prior arrangements are allowed. Day visitors are considered additional bookings, and a daily fee per person and per additional vehicle will be charged. Arrangements and payment must be made in advance with the owner.
Wildlife: Feeding wild animals is strictly prohibited.
Departure: Upon departure, guests must switch off all lights and the air conditioner, lock the unit, and leave the keys in the door.

The bathroom has a bath, a shower, a toilet and a sink. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities are provided. The dining area has seating for 6 guests and the lounge area has comfortable couches. There is a cooling system in the large living area.

The dining area has seating for 4 guests and the lounge area boasts comfortable couches and air conditioning.
