Jedidja B & B is a luxurious Bed and Breakfast situated in the elite and famous road of Innes Avenue in the upper-class suburb of Waverly in the City of Bloemfontein in South Africa. Jedidja is registered with the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and has been awarded a four-star rating.
Willie and Sanei Botha opened the doors of Jedidja in 1994. In Hebrew, the meaning of the name Jedidija is Beloved of the Lord. Our luxury establishment offers guests a tranquil experience of serenity and peace, modern and classy accommodation facilities, and friendly warm professional hospitality.
Bloemfontein is rich in history and renowned for its many attractions. Jedidja is well situated and is easily accessible from the national highway (N1) and also close to many of these main attractions and the center of Bloemfontein.
All five rooms are luxuriously decorated and furnished with modern en-suite bathroom facilities and a full list of amenities which include television (DSTV), bar-fridges and hairdryers. Each room has its own private entrance and they are surrounded by the delightful, beautiful garden which has several water features, peaceful seating areas, hammocks and a Boma or Lapa (an African barbeque area). Refreshments are provided for each guest upon arrival.
Guests are welcomed to escape and enjoy the peaceful tranquil atmosphere, which is a delight throughout the day and different seasons of the year.
Jedidja is a pet-friendly establishment and is perfect for travelling family groups. We also specialise in providing the perfect private environment for travelling business executives who seek a peaceful place to work.
A choice of three breakfasts, tailored to guest’s individual tastes, is served every morning by the Jedidja staff in our sunny dining room or on the various decking areas, when the weather allows.
Jedidja is a green establishment which focuses on protecting the environment, with solar heating, compost and recycling.
Willie and Sanei’s warm hospitality and attention to detail have seen their guests become firm friends, often returning year after year to enjoy all that is on offer at one of the best bed and breakfast establishments in Bloemfontein.
