We apologise that you did not enjoy our luxury tents. Glamping is intended to be an outdoor experience that makes it easier to arrive without all the labour typically involved. The experience invites you to meet new campers, enjoy your weekend, and discover new areas offering game drives, outdoor hot showers, fishing, swimming etc. In the bush, we cannot prevent insects and spiders, as everything comes out at night. We weren't informed that you desired exclusivity as our camping is designed to be social rather than private. The lighting for the braai area is sufficient and even has sensors for when they're not in use. Our prices are affordable and we even granted you a winter special 20% discount. We're sorry that you found our tents lacking. We have had return clients and all our linens were clean upon your arrival. Over the weekend, insects may have stained the bedding. We provided extra blankets and heating fans, ensuring everything is in working order and that water (both hot and full gas) is fully available. Fortunately, there are now over 70 lodges in Dinokeng so if your experience wasn't what you expected, the best thing to do is explore around for what may better suit your needs. Many places within Dinokeng cater to a spectrum of requirements. We do apologise if your needs were not met. Have a lovely evening. For private tents, we recommend 'The Hogs Guest House'. Hi Lizel Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately this problem is ongoing and the entire Dinokeng community is up in arms about the noise from the nearby village.
