House Rules

Please note the following Terms and Conditions apply at Karoo1 Hotel Village:
- Hotel check-in is available from 14h00 PM – 17h00 PM. - Hotel check-out is any time before 11h00 AM.
- Early check-in and late departure fees may apply. Kindly liaise with the hotel directly to arrange.
- Please note: The main gate (green gate) closes at 19h00 PM, should you arrive later, please contact 023 358 2131 or inform us prior to arrival.
- Accommodation facilities: The accommodation is wheelchair friendly.
- All rooms are strictly non-smoking rooms.
- All units are not self-catering.
- Should you have any specific dietary requirements please be so kind as to inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Restaurant and Brasserie:
- We have a Country Gourmet Restaurant on-site (kitchen closes at 20h30 PM.
- Note that restaurant times will be adjusted as per lockdown regulations.
- The Restaurant opens for breakfast at 07h30 AM – 10h00 AM
- No alcohol is allowed on the premises, (corkage will be charged per bottle.)
- The Bar is open from 12h00 – 23H00pm.
- Please note that Bar serving times and menu will be adjusted as per lockdown regulations.

Covid-19 Policy:
- We remain steadfast in this commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. We have taken additional measures to ensure that all our rooms, restaurant and common areas are and continue to be of the highest standards of care, and to provide exceptional service to our guests, so you can stay with us with confidence. We require that all guests adhere to the following protocols whilst staying at Karoo 1 Hotel Village:
- Masks: It is compulsory that all guests will be required to wear masks at all times except when: In your bedroom, while eating or drinking in the restaurant and bar while enforcing social distancing, when sitting together in a related small group, in well-spaced outdoor areas, a minimum of 1.5 m apart, a minimum of 1.5 m apart in our indoor areas.
- Sanitisation and hand-washing: All entry points require that you utilise the hand sanitation stations upon entering.
- Please wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds regularly.
- Hand sanitiser is provided in all guest’s rooms for your own usage during your stay with us. Should you wish to purchase the in-room amenity, please liaise with reception.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit Policy: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of making the reservation.
- Full pre-payment is required prior to arrival.
- Karoo1 Hotel Village reserves the right to amend deposit requirements during peak periods.
- No-show Policy: A 100% reservation fee will be applicable to all no-show reservations.
- Cancellation Policy: Guests making travel and booking arrangements with the Karoo1 Hotel Village must have their own personal or business travel insurance to support any cancellation or curtailment of their booking. - In the event that the accommodation is not taken up Karoo1 Hotel Village will have the right to deem the amounts due in lieu of the cancellation penalties and, in addition, have the right to release reservations where deposit and/or payment is not received.
