Occupation of Kelvin Cottage is at its own risk and the owners of the property, their agents and staff are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or goods.
The cottage has a monitored alarm system and clear-bar security protection on all windows.
Housekeeping is provided once per week within your rate, for stays of 7 days or longer.
