They have humanity and respect for everyone. They helped me so much with a charger of which was something I was suppose to come with hence I was going into an interview tomorrow.

We didn't know it was a hostel. We thought it was a nice BNB guest house. Our stay was just okay, nothing much really happened. We were just disappointed that it was a hostel and a school where kids stay at. So we stayed with the kids at the school. The pool wasn't clean when we wanted to swim, no activities were done with us even though they said it will be arranged, but that didn't happen, we had to call Bona Bona lodge for activities. We thought the R1800 was for the accommodation and the activities that were supposed to be done. And the picture that was on the website of the guest house was nothing like that when we were there, the only thing we saw was the rooms nice and neat. The staff didn't even check if we were okay or not. We expected better. I was even thinking of asking half my money back since we stayed in a hostel not a guest BNB house. There was no stove since it was self-catering.
