Our stay was so well welcomed. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The warm welcome we got when we arrived was absolutely cherishing. The place is quite and has more privacy which we expected. We not just want to come back but wants to come with our friends as couples. Your service is excellent.

Unpleasant stay. The service received was poor, the lady at the reception constantly reminded me that she told me a minimum stay over the weekend is two days but instead I booked via the website, the next morning they came to our room and told us that we needed to be out by 10:00 which was ok because it's check out time and we asked them nicely if we can have our meal outside our rooms because we delayed in preparing our breakfast but the lady refused saying that we must be out of the premises. I'm still disappointed in the service received.

First morning, no warm water. The staff needs to be more flexible such small things will make you lose business. I thought I will let is slide but when I was refused breakfast because breakfast is only at 08:00, it was the cherry on top. They did not even want us to have cereal and I mean how long does it take to make egg this is uncalled for we paid for breakfast and had a long journey ahead.

We regret that you left our property unsatisfied and we always appreciate reviews, especially negative ones, as it helps us improve our services and facilities. We would like to make use of this opportunity thought to rectify the situation and after investigation we found that you stayed at our property for 3 nights with your family. The first two mornings you were aware of our breakfast times which is any time that suites you between 8am - 10am and you were informed on arrival as well. On the morning of your departure you showed up just after 7am when our staff were still setting up our breakfast area and it was not ready to accommodate any guest at that time. We take great care to prepare all that we offer fresh every morning for all guests to enjoy and if you took the time to request an early breakfast we would have been happy to prepare it for your earlier convenience but, you gave us no indication of your intentions while you were well aware of our breakfast times? You were not refused and we are a bit surprised by your comment. As far as the hot water issue, there was plenty of it. Your children occupied a different room and when they opened the tap and warm water did not flow immediately from it they thought there wasn't any. Our manager escorted your children back to the room and assisted them with the issue and there was warm water. You do not pay extra for breakfast it is an added value we offer to our guests that book accommodation.
