Kingfisher 1691 is a lovely self-catering home located in the unspoiled bush surrounds of Marloth Park, a wildlife conservancy and holiday town situated on the southern border of Kruger National Park. It is a popular stopover for tourists traveling to Kruger National Park, Swaziland, and Mozambique.
This solar-powered property can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with either a queen-size bed or a double bed, respectively. Three of the bathrooms are fitted with just a shower, while the fourth bathroom has only a bath. Linen are provided.
The home boasts a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, as well as a dishwasher. The living area has an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The adjacent lounge has comfortable couches and a TV. The home also features a reading corner with books for every taste, just the right thing to end the daily rush.
Outside, there is a patio with a built-in braai and outdoor seating, offering a view over the small waterhole and feeding area. Additionally, guests can cool off in the splash pool or relax around the fire pit, which is located on the lower level of the patio next to the swimming pool. On-site parking under a large carport for 2 cars is available.
