Kingfisher Cottage @ Beyond the Moon is a charming self-catering unit located on the Beyond The Moon Guest Farm, nestled on the foothills of the idyllic Outeniqua Mountains in the lush green beauty of the Garden Route. It is just 15 minutes from the beaches of Wilderness and 30 minutes from George, this 24-ha property boasts a large section of unspoiled Indigenous forest incorporating a 45-minute private hiking trail.
The Kingfisher Cottage is one of the various accommodation options and can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 1 bedroom tastefully furnished with a double bed. There is a double-sleeper couch and a single sleeper in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It extends to the dining area and further opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV, and boasts a fireplace.
The unit opens up to the patio with outdoor seating, and a braai area under a majestic weeping willow, often full of weaverbird nests.
