No items may be taken from the house for use outside the house, like cutlery, plastic containers, or any other item.
Towels are strictly for use inside the house for bath and shower and may not be taken to the beach, etc.
Strictly no parties will be allowed.
No loud noise/music after 22:00 as it is a very quiet suburb.
