A drunken party was held at King Guest Lodge with people who were not guests at the party. The music was very loud and continued despite numerous requests to management to end the party. Felt most unsafe. When we booked in, there was a loud party in progress. Found it difficult to find parking as the people at the party were not guests of the accommodation. Asked them to turn down the music and requested the staff to assist. Phoned the owner/manager twice, but to no avail. The people became more boisterous, and we locked ourselves in our room, afraid that our car would be damaged as we had complained. Too scared to go out and ask them face-to-face to turn the music down a second time. You don't argue with people if the alcohol is flowing. The management was not willing to break up the party. Was one incredible experience. The accommodation was excellent, the people were very hospitable and friendly, it is very neat. Will definitely go there again.
