House Rules

Children aged between 0 and 12 stay free.
Children aged between 13 and 18 pay 50% of the sharing rate.
Above applicable to Off Grid Cottage, as Manor is a Unit and priced as such, irrespective of children. (Children of all ages welcome)
Smoking permitted outdoors only.
Unfortunately, the property or estate or cottages cannot accommodate pets.

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
