Very relaxing. After an earlier long stretch on gravel road that day, the additional distance on gravel road was a bit tiring, but my husband is a very slow gravel road driver and others may cover it in quicker time. It is a scenic drive. It would have been nice to have a bit of a game drive on the farm itself as we saw some game as we were driving in and read up that there are several species. The cottages and main lodge are well appointed. Good quality linen and towels in cottages. The main lodge really has everything and is very welcoming. The kids enjoyed a dip in the small splash pool. We used the oven in the main lodge to heat our food. It would be a great venue for an extended family get-together.
