Guests have to inform the establishment of any damages or breakages and replace/repair them.

Charcoal and Ice are sold on the premises.
The property has electric fencing with a gate and alarm system.
Solar lights are available for power outages and there are Jojo tanks on the premises.
A cleaner is available at an additional cost.
