Fantastic! It was absolutely amazing! We were 8 adults, without the house feeling cramped. Mercy was also very cute.

No value for money. Upon arrival we were already disappointed. We were able to check in at 14h00, but the house was not cleaned and not in a condition that we could enter. We were only able to enter at 18h00 - we lost 4 hours. The workers' clothes and underwear were lying in the garden. House was still not clean and things were lying around everywhere and certain places were dirty. Towels lay in a bundle on sink in downstairs bathroom. Wet towels were in tumble dryer and started to smell bad. Next thing was broken. All the sharp knives, grater, dishwasher, aircons. The bread tin had rotten meat in it and worms were all over the place, cupboard and floor. Only 3 small plates and we were 8 people. 3rd staircase upstairs was loose and we had to walk carefully, my child slipped and got hurt, some floorboards in upper rooms also gone. Shower has no privacy, can see through windows and if someone is outside on deck or in the street they can see you shower. Hanging cupboards full of owners stuff and we couldn't use them to pack our stuff. Pool had a leak and was half full of water and so dirty we couldn't swim. Pool table's mat is shaved, sticks do not have points. The lights at the pool table didn't work, so we couldn't do anything there in the evening. We are very unhappy and feel that what we paid for is not what we got and expect a refund.

Service was good and got more than expected. Nice location, good service, value for money.

Very nice visit, nice view of the dam. Everything one needs is there. Driveway to the house is just very stylish and the stairs too, would not advise older people.

Very peaceful and nice. The weekend was very relaxing and enjoyable. House is very well equipped with small snags: Air conditioning in upper room was faulty. Brokenware (plates, small plates and bowls cracked with "chip" marks). Many lights (deck and others) were faulty. Power tripped a few times on Sunday morning, but neighbor turned it back on.

Good location but driveway bothers, even though we were forewarned it remains the most dangerously designed driveway I have ever seen. The wooden floor of the living area is in urgent need of attention due to loose and rotten boards. We mostly walked barefoot and had to keep an eye out for screws sticking out. The grill grate was dirty - we have pictures of it. Braai also needs attention - some of the shelf frames are completely loose, and the wide sides are impractical. The pool table's top is weathered, balls are missing and not one stick is in good working order. The kitchen is spacious, but all the cabinet doors do not have handles. The ice maker of the freezer only started making a limited amount of ice after a day. Going to buy ice is not worth it because of distance and road to drive. The steel arrangement's openings are too large for small children. Compared to other units, Kosmos is definitely overpriced. In the advertising photo there are no hyacinths, but currently part of the pond is covered with them. It gives a false impression. Although an open pool is the custom, people with small children should be advised, especially as there are many doors with access to the pool.

Great. Very nice place, the most beautiful view. Suzette kept us well informed in advance. Very friendly service. We were a group of 8 adults and no one was ever in each other's way or had to go to the bathroom. Would recommend the place anytime.
