Polla really thought of everything you could need and the Christmas decorations over our Christmas holiday were a lovely surprise. The house is located in a residential area (like many other holiday homes in the area), but with the well-established garden offering so much privacy, we felt as if we were just as well in the bush. Added to that, it was still over the busy December time too, so I can only imagine that it is even quieter the rest of the year. We had our dates wrong and on top of that my son fell ill a day before our arrival date. Polla was kind enough to give us an extra day free of charge. Excellent service and beautiful house. Very very good customer service, we had a great stay and felt very safe the whole time. The house is surrounded by plants that ensure privacy!
