Description
The Kudu Plains Bush Retreat is an off-the-grid self-catering house that is the ultimate family getaway, only an hour and a half away from Johannesburg and 40 minutes from Pretoria. The lodge is located in the 540-hectare Leeuwkloof Park Private Conservancy, south of Dinokeng Game Reserve and north of Pretoria.
The retreat accommodates up to 10 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be converted into king-size beds. The bathrooms are fitted with a choice of bath, shower, or shower only.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, gas oven, fridge, kettle, crockery, and cutlery, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a Living area, a built-in braai area, a fire pit, a swimming pool, a patio with outdoor seating, a trampoline, a jungle gym, and lighting is provided by solar power and gas is used for cooking and water heating.
Every side of the house has a view into the bush or overlooks the open plain where sable antelope, eland, giraffe, blesbok, and many more animals and birds can be spotted. Games Drives: You'll be driven in our Game Viewing vehicle around our reserve, where we will be searching for the beautiful wildlife Leeuwkloof has to offer. Bring your drinks and snacks. The game drive takes approximately 1.5 hours and a maximum of 8 adults and kids are allowed due to the weight limit.
