Place absolutely good. The place is absolutely good, safe and the environment is also good. The owner must just improve on the movements of tenants as remotes are paid. That is not necessary. Tenants must have free movement during their stay. You can't pay again for moving in and out. Let them improve this. We can't pay for remotes. Generally, the place is very good.

Thank you very much Tankiso for a positive review. May I clarify someting about the remote deposit. I think you misunderstood the whole issue. We give out gate remotes and request a minimal deposit which is refunded when a guest checks out and gives back the remote. The reason is that in the past we incurred costs when guests lose or misplace the gate remotes. We have to purchurse a new remote/remotes and then a service provider has to come in and decode and encode ALL our remotes as a security precaution. This is explained to guests and we have had no complaints about this. Of course, we are charged for this service, even if just 1 remote was lost. We also feel it would be unethical to impose a blanket charge for all guests by including the remote deposit in the room rate. Hence, guests are given a choice to take a remote or not. Ultra 2023. Wonderlike besoek! Ons het Ultra 2023 by Nasrec Center bygewoon en Kwa-bungane Guest House was letterlik reg om die draai, gerieflik en met die vriendelikste mense!

I didn't enjoy the few hours I was there. Well, my stay was not well at all because when we got there, there was loadshedding and no generators for backup. The place was freezing cold and after the 2 hours of loadshedding, we tried watching TV, and guess what, there was no network, no connection, until the time we decided to leave.

Ons het oornagplek naby die FNB-stadion gesoek voor die 947 Ride Joburg. Ons is vriendelik ontvang deur Joy en alles was netjies en gereed soos afgespreek. Die fasiliteite is redelik eenvoudig en daar was slegs 'n bad, nie 'n stort nie. Die handdoeke was nie luuks nie, maar alles was skoon en netjies. Die klein yskassie in die kamer het baie gehelp. Daar is geen etes ingesluit nie, en ons het Saterdagaand in The Glen gaan eet. Ons is Sondagoggend douvoordag met die fiets uit en kon na die wedren eers bad en oppak voor ons vertrek. Positiewe belewenis.

Staff not friendly, not available in case of need. The staff not friendly, cannot accommodate clients' concerns. Poor communication, not available when needed.
