La Cabina is an African-inspired penthouse apartment in the secure La Cabina complex in Table View and is conveniently located within metres of the beach, as well as trendy bars and restaurants. The apartment offers Table Mountain and ocean views.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and a second upstairs TV lounge area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. This room has doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The second bathroom contains a bath and a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. The upstairs living area has a two-seater sleeper couch.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains comfortable couches and a multi-audio device that plays vinyl, CDs, tapes, radio and aux. The living area opens to a spacious private balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views. There is also a gas BBQ grill.
The upstairs entertainment area contains a lounge suite, sleeper couch, a large flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix and Showmax loaded, a study desk, and a gym area with treadmill. There are board games available as well as a dart board.
The apartment enjoys uncapped fibre Wi-Fi, as well as access to 2 undercover parking bays.
The apartment is supported by an UPS device for continuous wifi during load shedding, as well as rechargeable emergency lights.
