The apartment is not serviced; services can be arranged at an additional cost.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
La Casa Colina is a non-smoking apartment.
Loud music or excessive noise is not allowed in the complex.
Please note, the unit is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
