La Dique 3 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious apartment located in Ramsgate, KwaZulu-Natal, ideal for a family getaway.
This apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with on suite bathroom, the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the remaining bedroom contains 2 single beds. These last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, washbasind and toilet.
The living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen including a double fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and small bar fridge. Leading from the kitchen, is an 8-seater dining room table. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with DStv channels plus its own smartcard which I connect during your stay.
A private deck upstairs on the deck with a Hot tub, a braai facility(weber), weber braai on unit's stoop, outside braai at the back of building, 2 steel grids that belong to unit 2 and 3 in garage no 2(must go back there after use) and an undercover communal swimming pool offering a rejuvenating respite from the heat. Additionally, there are 4 water tanks available for water-scarce days.
Secure parking available on the premises. Beams set automatically at night 22h00 and disarm at 5h30 in the mornings. Beams are connected to Security company (Woolffes) which doing patrols as well.
