La Frans Guest House is located in Akasia, a complex of suburbs north of Pretoria. The Guest House is only a short drive from attractions such as the picturesque Pilanesberg game reserve and Lost City.

Accommodation is offered in 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms with private entrances. Each room is equipped with a bar fridge and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. They also feature a flat-screen TV and Open View channels. There is a heater and fan for guests to use. Twelve rooms have air conditioning. There is a communal outside kitchen for all guests, accompanied by a bench and table for up to 16 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas/electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery.

There is also a one-bedroom self-catering cottage suitable for two people. The cottage has a bedroom, bathroom, and open-plan kitchen and lounge.
