La Mer Unit C is a self-catering apartment situated in a security complex in Margate, which is a mere 50 m from the Margate main beach.

The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and share the use of the guests’ bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It further expands into the dining area which features an 8-seater dining table with chairs. The lounge has comfy couches and a TV with access to a full selection of DStv channels.
The lounge opens up to the balcony which has seating space and a gas braai. This property has 24-hour security, and one basement parking allocated to this unit.
Guests can take a dip in the communal swimming pool or relax in the garden. There are popular fishing spots in the area which include the Margate Fishing Pier that is situated within a stone throw of the La Mer complex.
