Our stay was wonderful. The only problem we had is that our family unit was smelling very bad like old rain water. The bunk beds for kids did not have steps to go to the top bed, our wardrobe did not have a door. The lady who we made a complaint to tried to check availability of another room unfortunately they were all booked so ended up sleeping in the smelly. We tried switching on the aircon but it just made the smell worse. All matters is that we enjoyed our stay.
