9 on La Roche Drive offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in 7 units situated in Summerstrand, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). The units are located within close proximity to the beach, Humewood Golf course, and the Boardwalk Casino and shopping centre.
The units can accommodate 2 to 12 guests and have en-suite bathrooms. Each unit also comprises a kitchenette and a living area and is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, linen and towels, and free Wi-Fi. Units 2 and 4 have separate lounge areas. They also have a private bedroom and a double bunk and sleeper couch in the lounge area. Unit 2 and 4 is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. Please note that units 1, 3, and 5 can only accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children. Unit 2 can accommodate 4 adults or 2 children and 2 adults.
The main house has 5 bedrooms and can be hired as a whole unit or 3 or 4 or 5 bedrooms. The main house has a full kitchen and laundry room.
Guests are welcome to make use of the communal swimming pool and can relax in the entertainment area which has a pool table table tennis and darts. Secure parking is also available. The beach and all Port Elizabeth's beachfront attractions are a pleasant 300 m walk from the apartments.
Guests can visit Bayworld, which is located nearby. The units are just 3 km from Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport, and the University of Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) is just 4 km away. Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium is 7 km away.
The swimming beaches and all of Port Elizabeth's beachfront attractions and eating places are within walking distance away. The property has solar power to beat the load shedding and a borehole to help with the water crises in Port Elizabeth.
