Lady Serenity is an entertainer's dream located at the end of a cul-de-sac near the Kleinmond harbour, offering vibrant restaurants, bars, and shops. The neighbourhood is secluded, allowing guests to enjoy the best of nature, including breathtaking sea views and spectacular mountain vistas. Hikers, dog walkers, and cyclists often utilize the road and coastal path in front of the house, adding to the serenity of the surroundings. Guests can also visit the nearby Blue Flag status beach.
The home can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and ample cupboards and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have a king-size and queen-size bed, respectively, and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and a coffee machine, and features a breakfast island with stools. Additionally, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen expands to a dining area and opens to the lounge furnished with couches and a flat-screen TV with DStv, and Netflix. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
The seafront doors of the house open onto a spacious patio with stunning views of the fynbos and the ocean. Guests can enjoy the private garden and alfresco dining on the back patio with a fire pit braai. Guests have the special benefit of enjoying the Tickle Tub wood-fired hot tub overlooking the garden and courtyard area. Secure tandem parking for 3 cars is available on the property as well as on-street parking, and the property is secure with an alarm system and plantation shutters in front.
