Laer Kusweg 6 is a well-furnished and spacious double-storey beach house situated in Kleinmond. It boasts picturesque sea views, making it perfect for an unforgettable seaside holiday for the whole family.
This beach house can accommodate 11 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area.
The ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a games room. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suit bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and double basins. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The fifth bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, 2 ovens, a toaster, a microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also an indoor braai area and a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together. The main living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The glass stack doors open to the balcony which allows guests to enjoy the panoramic ocean views and the second living area has a lounge suite with direct access to the balcony. Secure parking is available on the premises.
