I am sorry to hear that your stay was not 100% as expected. I would like to apologise again for the host being late as I explained on your arrival day the weather was very bad and she was 15 to 30 minutes behind schedule due to the traffic caused by the weather. I do apologize for this again. With regards to the fees when you mentioned the price difference I did inform you that you need to speak to the website as we advertise on their platform but you actually booked and paid them, so if there were any discrepancies they would be able to assist you with this and correct it if they did overcharge you. In respect of the building security and the ongoing parties, I called the building manager as well as security on numerous occasions during your stay to complain on your behalf and I informed them that you approached security who did nothing to resolve the noise complaints. We only manage a few units in the private apartment side of the building and we have nothing to do with the hotel, the security, or the staff and even though we stress the points where we are reviewed badly on the actions of the actual hotel staff, they do not seem to bother about it. The only other thing we can do is lay formal complaints now against the security, which is what we are doing.
