Wonderful lodging with a very unfriendly receptionist. What a lovely place! They accommodated us with a very early check-in. I was disappointed in our encounters with the receptionist or host. Very unfriendly and no sense of customer service. Upon check-out, she simply took the key and walked to the chalet, no indication of what was happening. She would be the reason we won't return.
