Lagoon View is a private flat located in Gxarha (Morgan’s Bay), adjacent to the owner’s private residence in a quiet cul de sac. Gxarha's (Morgan’s Bay) famous beach is only 800 m and the area is ideal for bird watching, fishing, and kayaking. There is direct access to the lagoon where you can enjoy fishing and kayaking. There are 2 two-man kayaks available for use. There are 19 steps down to the unit.
This one-bedroom unit can accommodate 2 people with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds for 2 additional people to accommodate in the lounge area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, and microwave. The living area has a dining table with seating for 4 people and a lounge area with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with full DStv. Wi-Fi is also available. There is a washing machine available. Outside on the private deck are braai facilities and views over the entire lagoon and a partial sea view. The property has direct access to the lagoon with a private pathway. The property has solar power so no load shedding.
There are a number of great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Attractions and activities in the area include Strandlopertjie hiking trail and whale watching during the winter months from the beautiful cliffs of Gxarha (Morgan’s Bay). Kei - Mouth and Transkei are only a few minutes' drive away.
