Lagoonhouse is an enchanting self-catering wooden cabin located on the shore of the Groot River in Nature's Valley. Situated in the Tsitsikamma National Park, the house is ideally positioned for nature enthusiasts to access indigenous forests and pristine beaches within minutes.
The house can accommodate up to 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds which can also be converted into 2 single beds. Guests share a separate bathroom fitted with a shower.
The house boasts a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities which includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Guests can relax on the deck outside, overlooking the Groot Rivier, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, there is a lounge area and an outdoor braai area, and laundry facilities can be made available upon prior arrangement. A wheelchair ramp leads guests to the deck, from where the guest cabin is accessed. Off-street parking is available.
The host offers several specialty events, such as providing meals for the end of the Otter Hiking Trail. Additionally, health retreats, forest bathing, and other immersion experiences are hosted or facilitated by the host. The estuary is pristine and perfect for swimming and non-motorised water sports. It’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature and create lasting memories.
