Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

- No pets
- No smoking
- No loud noises after 10 pm
- No parties or events
- Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
- To avoid additional cleaning fees, please leave the property in the same condition as it was found.
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties permitted.
- As this is a residential home we appreciate your respect to the property as well as the neighbors; and therefore, we do not permit loud parties or disruption to the neighbourhood or the home in any way.
- Late arrivals will be charged at R250 per hour or part thereof, up until 21:00, payable in cash on arrival. No check ins will be done after 21:00 and you will be considered a no-show.
- A refundable breakage deposit of R2 500 is applicable to each booking and to be paid directly to the agent via EFT prior to arrival. This will be refunded in part on or in full, depending on breakages that might have occurred during your stay, within 10 working days after the date of departure.
