Laguna La Crete 74, sister-property of Laguna la Crete 90, is a modern apartment with stunning views over the beautiful Uvongo beach and lagoon with its famous gorge and waterfall.
The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms suited to accommodate up to 8 guests. The first 2 bedrooms both feature a queen-size bed and the third bedroom features a single bed and a tri-bunk bed. Other in-room facilities include 2 bathrooms, the one fitted with a corner bath, toilet, and basin, and the second bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. This apartment also comes equipped with an open-plan kitchen fitted with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and a washing machine.
The lounge suite includes bean bags for the kids, mobile standing fans, TV, DStv, and a DVD-player. The spacious balcony, accessible from either the lounge or main bedroom, features an 8-seater dining table, a gas braai, a patio lounge suite and a sun lounger.
The unit includes secure covered parking for 1 vehicle and additional uncovered and separate trailer parking is also available. All linen and a set of towels are provided for guests..
The complex offers direct access to the beach and lagoon, and has excellent security, with an access-controlled boom gate and 24-hour security presence and patrolling. There are 7 communal braai areas as well as a tennis court and a swimming pool, while coin-operated laundry facilities are also provided in the complex. Guests have easy access to shopping centers, restaurants and cinemas, with the Shelly Center and South Coast Mall both less than 5km to the north and Margate 3km to the south. The Wild Coast Sun is only 30km away.
