Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The breakage deposit is paid into a separate account and details will be communicated at the time of booking.
The flat is cleaned before guests arrive and after they leave in preparation for the next guest's arrival. Please leave the flat in the state you expect to find it. Any additional and excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity. Failure to do so will lead to eviction without a refund.
This unit only includes 2 parking bays. Please park your trailers in the designated trailer parking bays.
Any loud noise or music is strictly not allowed. Please ensure that a quiet time is observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
No towels, clothing or other items to be hung over balcony railings, in windows, or put on lawns to dry. There is a laundromat and washing lines in the complex.
Skateboards, roller skates, ball games, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted.
No pellet guns, BB guns, or any other guns may be discharged on the common property or in any of the sections. You will receive a fine for disobeying this rule.
Pool hours are between 08:00 - 22:00. Guests are not allowed to be swimming in clothes, strictly swimming costumes.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area.
The tennis courts are for tennis only and only the correct shoes for tennis are allowed on the courts.
Refuse to be deposited in the green refuse bins situated throughout the complex.
Do not deposit or throw any rubbish, including dirt, cigarette butts, food scraps or any other litter whatsoever on the common property.
Fireworks are strictly not allowed anywhere in the complex.
Any food or oil must not be flushed down kitchen sinks or drainage gullies.
The speed limit in the complex is 10km per hour.
Hooting is not permitted.
The letting agent and the registered owner are to remove occupants immediately in the case of blatant disregard of the rules or face severe penalties being imposed on the levy account of the owner.
Pets are not allowed.
Security guards are to be treated with respect.
