Description
Langsaan House offers guests a private retreat in a prime location in Struisbaai. Its central positioning, across the road from the sea and within walking distance to the swimming beach and shops, makes it an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The house's proximity to the green belt that runs along the coastline enhances its serene and scenic atmosphere.
This house can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a great flow, the main en-suite, lounge area, and second bedroom all have glass sliding doors that lead out onto the sea-facing side of the house. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds for 2 children. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience in a separate scullery. The kitchen extends to the 5-seater dining table and further opens to the lounge area which has comfy couches, a TV, and a built-in bar. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
At the back of the house, in the garden, is a built-in braai pit which is fully walled and protected from the wind.
