Won't recommend to my friends.

After traveling for 12 hours from Drakensberg, unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The host was not very welcoming, which made my stay less comfortable than I had hoped. Hospitality is a crucial part of any stay, and I felt that this aspect was lacking during my visit. I believe this property has potential, but improvements in how guests are greeted and treated could make a significant difference. Despite this issue, the location and amenities were satisfactory, and I hope future guests have a better experience.

I am sorry to hear your feel this way, as far I am aware the lady who greeted you on your arrival is a lovely, charming person and holds a high esteem in the industry. She went and purchased gifts on your request for your wife's birthday, going out of her way in her own vehicle and time and please note this is not a common practice at a guest house and done as a favour and out of the kindness. We also gave you our best suite as there was a discrepancy with the booking platform and rooms allocation, this was at no extra to you or the booking platform. From my own experience being on duty in the morning, you had our best treatment as far as I concerned, we go out our way to treat our guests warmly and to the best of our ability. We are star rated annually and would not pass this if we were not up to standard. I was given the option to review you, perhaps I should have as your review is most disappointing, have a good day.
