House Rules

- A 50% deposit is required on booking. Full payment must be received 7 days prior to arrival.
- Authorization may be given for the establishment to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards.

- Laurel Cottage will confirm reservations on receipt of deposits.
- Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
- Unfortunately, no pets can be accommodated.
